Access to all sessions and all Congress activities is subject to registration. Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees and wider hotel accommodation choice. Early registration deadline is 30 June 2009.

Please note: after 5 September 2009, registrations via registration form will NO longer be accepted by the Congress Office BUT you will have, of course, the possibility to register on site.

Delegates' and residents' registration fees include:
- Admission to the congress sessions, poster and exhibition areas
- Admission to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 9 September
- Congress documents (final programme, abstract book, congress bag)
- Morning and afternoon breaks
- Lunch boxes on Thursday 10 et Friday 11 September
Accompanying persons' registration fees include:
- Admission to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 9 September
- 2 excursions : Walking Tour of La Défense (V1) / Visit of the Château de Malmaison (V2)
Name change
A processing fee of 30&euro will be charged for any change in registration except for name substitution, which will be considered as a new registration.
Cancellation policies
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:
- Up to 15 July 2009: 100&euro will be withheld for administrative fees
- Between 16 July and 15 August 2009: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
- After 15 August 2009: no refund will be issued
Reimbursement will be processed after the congress. Requests made after 1 November 2009 will not be considered.
