Hotel reservation deadline : 30 June 2009
Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories in the vicinity of the Congress Venue.
To make a reservation, all nights must be prepaid in advance. The amount corresponding to your entire stay will be charged upon reservation and will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill when leaving.
Reservations per phone will not be processed. A fixed charge of 20 Euros per reservation will be required for all hotel reservations.
Room rates
All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates. Unless otherwise indicated, most of the rates do not include breakfast. City tax included
Cancellation policy for hotel reservation
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:
- Up to 10 June 2009: the 20&euro reservation fee will be withheld for administrative fees
- Between 11 June 2009 and 10 July: the 1 night will be withheld
- After 10 July 2009: no refund
